About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define product vision, strategy and roadmap in collaboration with business areas
- Communicate priorities clearly to the team and stakeholders
- Translate data and insights into well-grounded product decisions
- Monitor metrics and adjust direction based on evidence
- Anticipate risks and course-correct proactively
- Lead discovery with users, stakeholders and the technical team: understand the pain behind the request, not just execute it
- Deeply understand users’ pains and needs
- Create continuous alignment between business, technology and customers while maintaining strategic focus
- Translate complex contexts into clear guidance for product and engineering
- Be a trusted point of reference for customers, not just someone they like
- Prioritize the backlog based on data, impact and effort
- Specify functional and technical requirements in partnership with engineering and UX
- Run experiments: A/B tests, hypothesis testing and feature flags
- Remove impediments and ensure deliveries meet deadlines, scope and quality
- Oversee end-to-end execution, from idea to production
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner for digital products
- Experience working with agile teams (Scrum, Kanban) and managing backlogs/roadmaps
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements
- Knowledge of product metrics (engagement, conversion, retention)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders
- Experience working closely with engineering and UX/UI teams
- Fluent in Portuguese and comfortable reading technical English
