About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will take the lead and assume responsibility for designing and implementing the SAP solution in the Finance and Controlling modules, using your expertise to create tailored solutions for our clients
You will lead and support SAP FICO implementations, upgrades and migrations to SAP S/4HANA from start to finish
You will contribute your expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance and leverage innovations and system features to improve efficiency and performance
You are the primary point of contact for clients, maintain client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
You will elicit requirements for customer-specific processes and coordinate closely with the development team and/or other modules (SD, MM, BW)
You will ensure that SAP solutions comply with financial regulations, company policies and industry standards
You will identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
You will lead a dedicated team and promote its continuous professional development
You will contribute hands-on to cross-module projects, shape them together with colleagues and also support presales activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

You bring at least 12 years of professional experience in consulting or in the management of SAP FICO projects, ideally in a leadership position
You have successfully completed at least 1–2 end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects
Practical experience in S/4HANA implementation or migration projects is a clear plus
You possess strong leadership skills, understand team dynamics and can motivate and develop your team
You can translate complex finance processes into SAP solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
A certification in SAP FICO or S/4HANA is an advantage
Excellent German and English language skills complete your profile
