Requirements

Strong expertise in React Native with Expo (mandatory). Native iOS/Android development experience is a strong plus.
Solid understanding of backend systems and computer science fundamentals: you can work with backend engineers to define contracts and reason about system design
Deep understanding of mobile-specific challenges: performance, offline handling, navigation patterns, platform differences, app store processes
AI pioneer: you've understood that manual code-writing is mostly solved and actively use AI tools to multiply your productivity. If your current company restricts AI usage, you have personal projects that demonstrate your expertise
Staff level preferred: you don't just ship features, you shape the mobile platform's architecture, mentor peers, and drive technical direction
Radical ownership: you own outcomes, move fast, and don't wait for permission
Fluent in English: written and spoken. Our engineering team works in English.
