About the role

  • Act as backbone of internal operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and supportive work environment
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including payroll, equity grants, and HR compliance
  • Drive operational improvements across People Ops processes
  • Maintain and run office operations; manage suppliers, inventory, and employee experience
  • Work closely with the VP Operations and People team to support Finary’s growth
  • Foster a culture of excellence and empathy

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, admin, or finance ops roles, preferably in startups or scale-ups
  • Obsessively detail-oriented and organized, with no tolerance for errors in contracts, payroll, or documentation
  • Handle sensitive employee data with discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong execution and reliability; consistently hit deadlines and maintain processes
  • Solution-oriented attitude and ability to stay calm when juggling competing priorities or deadlines
  • Hands-on experience running office operations, including managing suppliers and inventory
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Comfortable using Payfit, Alan, Drive, and spreadsheets
  • "No task is too small" mindset and ability to switch from data entry to team support
  • Strong communicator who builds trust across teams and providers
