About the role
- Act as backbone of internal operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and supportive work environment
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including payroll, equity grants, and HR compliance
- Drive operational improvements across People Ops processes
- Maintain and run office operations; manage suppliers, inventory, and employee experience
- Work closely with the VP Operations and People team to support Finary’s growth
- Foster a culture of excellence and empathy
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR, admin, or finance ops roles, preferably in startups or scale-ups
- Obsessively detail-oriented and organized, with no tolerance for errors in contracts, payroll, or documentation
- Handle sensitive employee data with discretion and confidentiality
- Strong execution and reliability; consistently hit deadlines and maintain processes
- Solution-oriented attitude and ability to stay calm when juggling competing priorities or deadlines
- Hands-on experience running office operations, including managing suppliers and inventory
- Fluent in French and English
- Comfortable using Payfit, Alan, Drive, and spreadsheets
- "No task is too small" mindset and ability to switch from data entry to team support
- Strong communicator who builds trust across teams and providers
