Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience within the Banking Sector.
Proficiency in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements, including integration-oriented analysis.
Solid knowledge of SQL.
Ability to perform impact analysis and gap analysis.
Experience with refinement and technical analysis activities and translating business requirements into development tasks.
Experience preparing and compiling business requirements documentation, including BRDs, mappings, and solution documents.
Experience working with client-facing stakeholders, managing stakeholders and users, conducting requirement workshops, mapping processes and use cases, and analyzing business cases.
Knowledge of software application fundamentals, communication, and user experience effects.
Analytical mind and ability to synthesize, abstract, and communicate information for the target audience.
