Ad Operations Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Operational management, implementation and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across Ad Server and programmatic platforms
- Operational control and operation of Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), in particular delivering and optimizing media budgets across our partner ecosystem
- Monitoring, analysis and troubleshooting to ensure smooth campaign delivery
- Coordination with internal teams, clients, agencies and monetization partners
- Preparation of reports as well as continuous optimization of processes and quality standards
- Separation of operational and strategic responsibilities: this role is operationally focused; strategic monetization and AdTech topics are handled at the higher management level.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management or Programmatic Advertising
- Confident handling of ad servers and ideally experience with Google Ad Manager, Microsoft Monetize (Xandr) or Adform
- Strong understanding of Programmatic Advertising, delivery, targeting and reporting
- Knowledge of technical debugging and experience analyzing and resolving delivery and tracking issues
- Understanding of Consent Management Platforms (CMPs) and relevant data protection and consent processes
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented work style and strong communication skills.
