About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You are the first point of contact for our customers and support traders in using the TraderFox software.
Advise and assist our customers via video call, phone and written communication
Provide support with questions about the TraderFox software and its features
Record, analyze and resolve technical issues
Assess whether challenges are software-related or arise from the trading process itself
Relay feedback and improvement suggestions to internal teams
Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional and service-oriented support

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are an outgoing person and enjoy communicating with customers
Solid knowledge of and a strong interest in trading and the stock market
Excellent communication skills in video calls, on the phone, and in writing
Confident and experienced use of software and digital tools
Strong customer and service orientation
Flexibility, reliability and team spirit
German language skills at C2 level and English skills at C1 level
