About the role
- First point of contact for customers during credit comparisons
- Guide customers from initial contact through to contract conclusion
- Perform needs analyses to identify the best loan offers
- Support customers in achieving their goals without cold calling

Requirements
- Experience in customer contact (e.g., sales, telesales or retail sales)
- Strong communication skills and a persuasive telephone manner
- High reliability and a committed working style
- Desire to develop professionally and a high level of motivation
- Fluent German, both written and spoken
- Ideally completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
