About the role
- Primary point of contact for new customers and responsible for data entry via telephone
- Independently conduct outbound calls
- Assess customer needs and identify the best loan offers
- Collaborate with the sales team and hand off prospects into the sales process
- Support customers with questions and demonstrate enthusiasm for working with FINANZCHECK.de
Requirements
- Some professional experience in direct customer contact, ideally by phone (sales or retail)
- Strong communication skills
- Native-level German
- Confident with computers and able to quickly learn new systems
- Team player, reliable, able to work independently, and good time management
