About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work collaboratively with both FSG and Epic designers and engineers to produce best-in-class weapons, gameplay items, and abilities
Act as functional Gameplay Producer for the small embedded team working on Fortnite features
Own and drive your team’s schedule and responsibilities with minimal oversight
Create, assign, and prioritize deliverable objectives with the capacity to pivot and iterate on plans when needed under a fast paced development process
Actively participate in playtests and drive solutions for any encountered problems

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of Production experience, preferably in multiplayer games
1+ shipped title while holding a Production title
Ability to handle changing deliverables in a rapid live service development environment
Strong communication skills to provide daily, weekly, milestone progress both up and down the organization to ensure the team hits deliverable targets reliably and the development status clearly understood every step of the way
Ability to write and manage Production roadmaps, timelines, estimates for team members. Document meeting notes, playtest feedback, and write and manage Jira tasks and triage/assign priorities
Nice to have Experience with Live Service on a shipped AAA title
Experience with gameplay/combat/core loop Production
