About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and execute the community strategy in collaboration with project leads and cross-functional teams.
  • Communicate live-game updates, patch notes, service changes, and known issues on official channels with clarity, transparency, and speed.
  • Build and maintain an active, positive, and engaged relationship with players on Discord, social media, forums, and other community hubs.
  • Identify key community voices, influencers, and content creators, and collaborate with them to amplify the game's visibility and community initiatives.
  • Create player-facing content: short-form videos, static visuals, patch summaries, educational posts, and community spotlights.
  • Write, review, and edit external communications to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with the brand tone and studio values.
  • Produce a weekly report tracking player sentiment and delivering insights to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience managing gaming communities, ideally in a live-service or multiplayer environment.
  • Strong understanding of contemporary game genres, platforms, and community ecosystems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
  • Experience creating digital content using tools such as Premiere, Photoshop, or other marketing asset creation software (short videos, static visuals, educational posts, etc.).
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in French and English.
