About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and conduct user research activities to understand user needs and pain points.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to visualize user interactions.
- Design visually appealing and consistent user interfaces across platforms.
- Create and maintain design systems and style guides.
- Conduct usability testing and analyze results to iterate on designs.
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer with a portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions for web and mobile applications. Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Solid understanding of user research methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of interaction design principles.
- Strong visual design skills.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., ProtoPie, InVision).
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong empathy and user advocacy.
- Ability to think critically and solve design problems.
- Collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for great user experiences.
