About the role
- Lead and grow a global team across Channel Operations and Filmmaker/Distributor Operations
- Design and document scalable systems for ingest, QC, metadata, and delivery
- Build workflows using tools like Notion, Airtable, Zapier, and Google Workspace
- Define and track KPIs to measure and improve operational performance
- Collaborate with technical teammates to improve asset quality and specs
- Partner with Product to shape internal tools that make our workflows faster and easier
- Support our streaming partners by ensuring on-time, spec-perfect deliveries
- Act as both a coach and a player—leading from the front while mentoring your team
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience, including 2+ in operations leadership at a fast-paced startup
- Strong track record of designing systems that scale—playbooks, automations, SOPs
- Analytical and data-driven; you use metrics to drive clarity and improvement
- Excellent at cross-functional work with Product, Engineering, and Sales
- Comfortable in ambiguity and obsessed with clarity—process, docs, expectations
- Familiarity with media specs, codecs, captioning, or localization a plus
- SQL skills required (Filmhub will invest in training if needed)
