Requirements

What you’ll need

Initial experience in B2B sales, customer contact, or appointment setting is an advantage
Strong communication skills and a confident presence on the phone and in video calls
A good sense for people and conversational technique
Structured, self-directed way of working
High motivation to work on a commission basis and to deliver results
Reliability, drive, and a strong goal orientation
Enjoyment in building relationships and engaging conversation partners.
