About the role
- You are responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients.
- You develop innovative sales strategies for our video production services and implement them.
- You create win-win situations in sales negotiations.
- You work closely with our creative team to develop various content ideas and are responsible for measuring the success of social media projects to optimize our sales strategies.
- You monitor current trends in video production and adjust our offerings accordingly.
- You produce persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- You test new and creative approaches in sales.
Requirements
- You have a completed degree or equivalent qualification in media, marketing, or sales.
- You have extensive experience in sales, ideally within video production.
- You understand the technical and creative aspects of video production.
- You communicate effectively with team members and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
- You already have experience in budget management and controlling.
- You possess knowledge of risk management and problem solving.
- You are highly flexible and self-directed and can respond to requests at short notice.
- You are proficient with CRM software and sales tools.
- You have a strong passion for video production and a deep understanding of the industry.
