About the role

  • You are responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients.
  • You develop innovative sales strategies for our video production services and implement them.
  • You create win-win situations in sales negotiations.
  • You work closely with our creative team to develop various content ideas and are responsible for measuring the success of social media projects to optimize our sales strategies.
  • You monitor current trends in video production and adjust our offerings accordingly.
  • You produce persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • You test new and creative approaches in sales.

Requirements

  • You have a completed degree or equivalent qualification in media, marketing, or sales.
  • You have extensive experience in sales, ideally within video production.
  • You understand the technical and creative aspects of video production.
  • You communicate effectively with team members and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
  • You already have experience in budget management and controlling.
  • You possess knowledge of risk management and problem solving.
  • You are highly flexible and self-directed and can respond to requests at short notice.
  • You are proficient with CRM software and sales tools.
  • You have a strong passion for video production and a deep understanding of the industry.
