About the role

  • Implement technical projects to meet client needs (for example: implementing a Customer Data Platform, deploying use cases involving Generative AI, building data platforms, defining and implementing enterprise-wide data governance, etc.)
  • Technical estimation and sizing for architecture implementation
  • Review of functional specifications and code review/production
  • Support consultants during discovery and sales phases (understanding client needs, identifying opportunities, high-level architecture and sizing, client pitches)
  • Discussions with clients (gathering technical constraints, defining and validating architecture)
  • Technical project leadership (task distribution, monitoring development, ensuring quality, identifying project risks, etc.)
  • Development when relevant (infrastructure deployment, contributing to code)
  • Template projects already delivered to other clients and develop new solution offerings identified as opportunities for our clients

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience with initial professional experience in technical consulting
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong presentation ability
  • Analysis and advisory: ability to analyze needs, propose solutions in a concise, clear and realistic way and to implement a structured approach
  • Technical project management including planning, internal coordination, client relations, deadline and risk management, and quality control of deliverables
  • Strong understanding of data architectures
  • Proficiency with Cloud environments. Certified on GCP, Azure or AWS
  • Proficiency with at least one data warehouse (BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.)
  • Knowledge of API concepts (OAuth, REST, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of Python and SQL
  • Good knowledge of Docker
  • Comfortable with Infrastructure as Code concepts (Terraform)
  • Familiar with GitOps practices and CI/CD concepts
  • Team player (collaborate on unit tests, code review, code sharing, sprints)
  • Good level of French and English
  • Experience working in project mode with varied stakeholders (consultants, data analysts, data scientists), ideally client-facing
  • Experience in digital marketing is a plus
