About the role

  • Join at the ground level an industry transforming company.
  • Manage a team of 4-10 engineers, writing and reviewing code.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams across the company.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of engineering management experience, with 4+ years as a full stack software engineer.
  • Ability to prototype solutions and provide constructive code feedback
  • Prior experience coaching and bringing the best out of a senior technical team.
  • Ability to attract, hire, and coach world-class engineers.
  • Strong and effective communication skills to convey complex ideas in a simple manner.
  • BS (or higher) in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with distributed systems and React
  • Experience with Go is a plus
  • Experience with GraphQL is a plus
