About the role
- Manage our Risk Operations: risk register, technical and process‑related risk assessments, controls, and monitoring
- Further develop our Internal Control System (ICS), with a focus on IT controls, system documentation, interfaces, and automation
- Coordinate compliance activities and support regulatory requirements, especially in IT security, data governance, and group policies
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring technical evidence, process flows, and remediation measures
- Prepare risk, compliance, and governance reports for the CRO (Chief Risk Officer), Management Team, and group functions
- Collaborate closely with IT, Security, Operations, and Group Risk/Compliance to harmonize processes and standards
- Actively contribute to the transition toward new group processes: analysis, alignment, implementation, and change support
- Support the CRO in the functional leadership of the department - without direct line responsibility, but with clear development potential
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Risk Management, ICS, Compliance, or Audit - ideally in an IT‑driven or SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of IT controls, system architectures, interfaces, authorization concepts, and security standards
- Experience in process harmonization and group alignment
- Structured, analytical, and solution‑oriented mindset
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Motivation to grow into future leadership responsibilities
- Excellent German and English skills.
