About the role
- Generate and own the US/Canada pipeline: responsible for full sales cycle.
- Monetize the European expansion trend: target US crypto companies expanding to Europe.
- Hunt high-value logos: leverage existing network to bring in Tier 1 & Tier 2 clients.
- Boots on the ground: represent Fiat Republic at key industry events and travel for meetings.
- Structure commercial deals: negotiate commercial terms and pricing within approved policies.
- Market intelligence: provide feedback on regulatory shifts and competitor movements.
Requirements
- 6+ years in commercial roles within Crypto, Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), or Payments.
- Active, verified network of decision-makers (CFOs, Heads of Payments/Treasury) at US-based crypto and fintech companies.
- Closing experience with revenue generation, not just booking meetings.
- Subject matter expertise in banking challenges faced by crypto companies.
- Autonomy to work as primary commercial lead in the time zone with minimal hand-holding.
