About the role

  • Generate and own the US/Canada pipeline, managing the full sales cycle
  • Target US crypto companies expanding to Europe/UK for immediate access to EUR/GBP
  • Bring in Tier 1 & Tier 2 crypto exchanges and custodians through an existing network
  • Represent Fiat Republic at key industry events and travel for face-to-face meetings
  • Negotiate commercial terms, FX spreads, and pricing
  • Feed back regulatory shifts and competitor movements to the Product and Strategy teams

Requirements

  • 6+ years in commercial roles within Crypto, Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), or Payments
  • An active, verified network of decision-makers (CFOs, Heads of Payments/Treasury) at US-based crypto and fintech companies
  • Understanding of the banking challenges crypto companies face
  • Comfortable working as our primary commercial lead in the time zone, executing with minimal hand-holding.
