About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct direct external sales to dentists, dental clinics, private practices and training courses in the dental and implantology segments;
  • Monitor client development and progress;
  • Prepare sales reports, promotions, product demonstrations, price research and activity reports;
  • Maintain commercial and technical knowledge of product differentiators and effectively communicate them to clients;
  • Organize events to support client development;
  • Strengthen relationships with clients and key opinion leaders, building an information database;
  • Meet targets and KPIs established by management;
  • Monitor competitor activities regarding products and market positioning in your region and prepare comparative reports and metrics;
  • Ensure clients' payment compliance and the proper activation/registration of accounts;
  • Execute action plans for expansion and prospecting of new territories and clients according to the assigned area.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related fields;
  • Experience in external/outside sales required (preferably in dental commercial sales or technical sales);
  • Flexible availability and willingness to travel;
  • Must reside in the assigned region;
  • Active Category B driver's license (CNH B).
