• Work in a highly collaborative fashion with the Design and Animation teams, as well as working with Engineers on finalized assets
• Keep files clean, organized, and lightweight: named layers, logical grouping, reduced anchor points, efficient use of gradients, and streamlined paths
• Create assets for product-ready illustrations like badges, hero illustrations, and backgrounds for our characters
• Consider the user experience surrounding the artwork you create
• Bring delight to the product through illustration, both big and small, and take ownership in a startup atmosphere where individuals have significant impact
