About the role
- Contribute to concepting and visual development for campaigns and CRM moments.
- Translate concepts into polished, platform-native executions that ladder into broader campaign ideas.
- Develop high-quality design assets across channels—static, light motion, and short-form edits—delivered quickly across channels and optimized for performance and clarity.
- Adapt and version creative for multiple placements and formats while maintaining consistency and craft.
- Creates work that feels fresh, intentional, and aligned with campaign and brand direction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support campaign needs from brief through idea to execution.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in brand, digital, or social design within fast-paced creative environments.
- Strong visual craft with a portfolio that shows standout digital design, campaign thinking, and social-first storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and working knowledge of Figma.
- Comfort experimenting with AI image tools (Midjourney or similar) to support visual exploration.
- Deep understanding of typography, composition, and channel-specific best practices for social and paid.
- Ability to work fast without sacrificing detail—comfortable prioritizing, versioning, and iterating.
