Key responsibilities & impact

Driving innovation, execution, and business impact
Leading cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver innovative technology initiatives
Overseeing project planning, risk management, budget tracking, and stakeholder communication
Developing and maintaining detailed project plans including scope, deliverables, schedules, and budgets
Executing projects using Agile Scrum methodologies to deliver milestones on time
Communicating project status, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership
Managing change requests, ensuring proper documentation, approvals, and communication
Partnering with design, engineering, and construction teams to support effective execution
Leading post-project reviews and capturing lessons learned
Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Measuring and improving the effectiveness of innovation programs
Identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, information technology, computer science, or related field required
PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification highly preferred
Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT project management, delivering complex technology solutions
Demonstrated experience supporting digital transformation or innovation programs on large infrastructure projects
Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies, PMBOK, ITIL, and ServiceNow platforms
Experience in construction industry processes is a plus
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism, integrity, and collaboration
Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is a plus
Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.
