About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support day-to-day operations of Workday (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, etc.)
- Assist with data entry, updates, audits, and reporting
- Partner with senior team members to support system configurations and enhancements
- Gain exposure to and assist with Workday integrations, including Core Connectors
- Help troubleshoot basic system issues and respond to user inquiries
- Support testing activities (UAT, regression testing) for system updates and releases
- Maintain and update process documentation and system records
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and global business teams on system-related requests
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience (internships or relevant coursework preferred)
- Interest in HRIS, Workday, or HR technology
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a collaborative environment
- Prior technical experience with Workday HRIS, or holding a Workday certification is a bonus, but not required
- Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required
