About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Driving excellence through technical expertise and innovation
  • Providing support to the Project Manager and the Project Superintendent
  • Acquiring, organizing, reviewing and distributing project submittals & RFIs
  • Creating and maintaining all required Project Logs and takeoffs
  • Communicating with the owner and client representatives
  • Maintaining project budgets and completing required cost reports
  • Scheduling self-perform, subcontractor work and supplier material deliveries
  • Reading and interpreting documents such as project plans and specifications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar degree
  • Preferably with 3 years or more experience
  • Moderate to high level of proficiency operating MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, and Primavera 6
