About the role
- Lead and manage influencer collaborations: from scouting to deal structuring, negotiation, and execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring professional yet dynamic communication.
- Generate content ideas daily for apps and social media channels, keeping up with trends and culture.
- Create and manage content calendars to ensure consistency and relevance.
- Track and adapt social media trends into brand content.
- Engage with communities through comments, DMs, and mentions.
- Coordinate with paid media teams to align organic and paid content strategies.
- Self-manage projects with minimal oversight, ensuring smooth workflows and timely delivery.
- Analyze and report campaign results, structuring insights with a data-driven approach.
- Use dashboards, panels, and social media tools effectively for campaign management.
- Apply basic video editing skills to support content production as needed.
