About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7 engineers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in an engineering management role.
A proven coach and mentor.
Experience leading a team through AI tool adoption, including building standards and onboarding team members to new workflows.
A track record of improving team delivery and raising the bar on engineering quality.
Hands-on technical ability.
Comfortable working with the product team to assess solutions to user problems.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders on features and technical strategy.
Strong communication skills.
