Key responsibilities & impact

Define and own the overarching UX/UI vision and design philosophy across all products
Act as the single point of accountability for cross-product experience quality
Govern the company-wide design systems and component libraries
Own the relationship between brand identity and product experience
Define and embed UX standards, best practices, and governance processes across all product-aligned design teams
Map and own the end-to-end customer experience across products
Lead, develop, and provide strategic direction to the distributed UX community across product/engineering teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant experience leading UX at a senior level across a broad product portfolio
Hands-on knowledge of design infrastructure
Strong instinct for the connection between how a brand presents itself and how customers experience it in product
A natural influencer who can shape thinking and raise standards across teams
Ability to take a wide-angle view of how customers move across products and touchpoints
