About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to initiate and support product development efforts
  • Gather and analyze data from various sources to assess product performance
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation, including product changes and meeting notes
  • Assist in gathering user feedback through channels such as surveys and usability studies
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and support the creation of test cases
  • Document existing processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and work cross-functionally with teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–2 years of experience in a product, project, business analyst, or similar support role (internships included)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
  • Basic data literacy (Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn from senior product leaders
