Product Manager – Customer Onboarding, Communications

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with engineering teams to initiate and support product development efforts
- Gather and analyze data from various sources to assess product performance
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, including product changes and meeting notes
- Assist in gathering user feedback through channels such as surveys and usability studies
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and support the creation of test cases
- Document existing processes and identify areas for improvement
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and work cross-functionally with teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2 years of experience in a product, project, business analyst, or similar support role (internships included)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Basic data literacy (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn from senior product leaders
