About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Improve the clarity, usability, and quality of content across FDJ United’s 9 brands
- Guide and mentor other Content Designers
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and promote user-centered design
- Collaborate with Product Designers and UX Researchers to enhance user journeys
- Organize user research activities and coordinate insight gathering
- Write, edit, test, and improve content across brands
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with content design and user-centered design principles
- Strong writing, editing, and testing skills
- Proficiency in tools like Figma for creating journey maps
- Ability to mentor and guide fellow content designers
- Understanding of user research techniques and methodologies
