About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and own a unified product vision across Sportsbook, Casino/Gaming, PAM, Automation & Platforms, Payments, and the cross-product ecosystem
- Build and execute a multi-product strategy focused on customer lifetime value, engagement, retention, differentiation, and innovation
- Own and prioritise the global product roadmap across all verticals
- Establish product governance and prioritisation frameworks aligned with business needs, technology capacity, and regulatory constraints
- Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery through design, delivery, launch, and optimisation
- Partner with Engineering to deliver scalable, secure, high-performing platforms and improve time-to-market
- Lead PAM evolution covering accounts, wallets, compliance, lifecycle, payments, KYC, responsible gaming, fraud, and AML integrations
- Deliver seamless customer journeys and optimise conversion, engagement, retention, cross-sell, and lifetime value
- Act as the central interface between Product, Technology, Trading, CRM/Marketing, Operations, and Compliance
- Lead or co-lead relationships with key suppliers and platform partners and contribute to build-versus-buy decisions
- Own and track product KPIs and identify performance gaps and growth opportunities through data
- Lead, structure, and scale a team of Product Managers, Product Owners, and Analysts
- Build product governance, operating rituals, accountability, talent development, and a high-performance culture
- Deliver a 12–18 month product strategy and roadmap, quarterly prioritisation and delivery plans, a product governance model, and executive-level business performance reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12+ years of experience in Product Management, including senior leadership roles
- Strong experience in iGaming, sports betting, or digital B2C platforms
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi-product ecosystems
- Deep understanding of sportsbook mechanics and platforms
- Deep understanding of Casino, Poker, and Bingo ecosystems
- Deep understanding of PAM/customer platforms, including wallets, KYC, and payments
- Strong knowledge of product operating models, Agile, and product governance
- Strong knowledge of data-driven product management and experimentation
- Strong knowledge of platform architecture and scalability challenges
- Strong strategic thinking and execution capability
- Excellent stakeholder management, including executive-level stakeholders
- Ability to operate in a complex, multi-market regulatory environment
- High level of ownership, resilience, and adaptability
