Director of Sportsbook Product

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and own the long-term product vision for our Sportsbook platform across markets and our one internal sportsbook platform strategy
- Translate customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence into a compelling product strategy
- Ensure the product supports commercial performance targets (engagement, retention, revenue)
- Build and prioritise a clear product roadmap balancing short-term delivery and long-term transformation
- Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring best-in-class execution
- Secure cross-functional alignment and facilitate decision-making across stakeholders
- Produce high-quality product requirements, documentation, and specifications for Engineering
- Monitor release performance and drive continuous optimisation based on data, KPIs, and feedback
- Collaborate with Trading teams on pricing capabilities and operational workflows
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory obligations across jurisdictions
- Own Sportsbook product KPIs (NGR, ARPU, retention, engagement, margins, latency)
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers, Product Owners, UX, and analysts.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10-15+ years in Product Management, ideally in Sports Betting
- Demonstrated success delivering large-scale B2C digital products
- Strong experience with data-driven decision-making and high-velocity product delivery environments
- Deep understanding of Sportsbook platforms, betting mechanics, markets, and trading workflows
- Strong knowledge of UX/UI best practices and customer acquisition/retention levers
- Experience with agile methodologies and product governance frameworks.
