About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the development of websites and digital platforms, ensuring best practices in usability and web accessibility;
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on the implementation and improvement of FCCN websites and web applications;
Develop low- and high-fidelity prototypes for new features and digital services;
Analyze usage and performance data from different digital platforms, proposing improvements that help achieve defined objectives;
Ground design decisions in user-centered research and communicate those solutions to the team and various stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 3 years' experience designing and developing websites and/or web applications;
Frontend design knowledge in HTML and CSS;
Portfolio required demonstrating completed projects;
Strong understanding of user-centered design, with a strong focus on usability and accessibility;
Solid knowledge of interaction design, visual design and information architecture;
Experience with design tools such as Figma and/or Adobe Creative Cloud;
Knowledge of UX and UI.
Behavioral competencies
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team;
