About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and implement Artificial Intelligence and advanced automation solutions;
- Develop technical AI components and integrate them into systems;
- Ensure the maintenance, evolution and continuous improvement of the developed solutions;
- Monitor model performance and ensure their reliability;
- Collaborate with different teams to translate real needs into technical solutions;
- Ensure best practices in quality, security and data protection;
- Coordinate and oversee teams and projects;
- Maintain clear, simple and useful technical documentation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or an equivalent field
- Relevant experience in developing and implementing AI solutions;
- Ability to assume technical responsibilities and make architectural decisions;
- Good communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams;
- Familiarity with monitoring, maintenance and model evolution.

- Development of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions;
- Experience with Python and ML frameworks (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or similar);
- Integration of models into real-world applications (APIs, services, pipelines);
- Experience with cloud AI services (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, AWS SageMaker);
- Solid knowledge of security, ethics and data protection (GDPR).
