About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical leadership to the squad.
- Guide engineers on complex solutions, ensuring development best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and define coding standards.
- Manage API governance, versioning, and contracts.
- Collaborate with Architects on technical implementation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 8 years of experience in software development,
- Strong proficiency in both Backend (Node.js) and Frontend (Vue.js) development.
- Solid experience with MongoDB and Azure infrastructure.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture, microservices, and asynchronous communication.
- Proven experience in technical leadership, influencing teams, and elevating technical maturity.
- Knowledge of API Management, governance, and contracts.
- English at a minimum B2+ level (professional working proficiency).
- Candidates must reside in Portugal or accepted EU countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Romania.
