About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the digital onboarding process for new client units, ensuring all SaaS modules are configured correctly to meet specific business needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, managing relationships and translating platform capabilities into practical business solutions.
  • Deliver training sessions for end users to drive high platform adoption and proficiency.
  • Adapt and refine existing dashboards (migration from Power BI to E-charts) to match individual client unit requirements.
  • Monitor platform engagement metrics and proactively identify opportunities to optimize performance.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and the internal technical team to address requests and ensure project viability.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluency in English AND native/near-native proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Portuguese, Italian, or Greek.
  • Proven experience in Client Success, software implementation, or data analysis with a strong client-facing component.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data refinement.
  • Proficiency with Power BI (ability to manipulate and explain dashboards; deep architecture/DAX knowledge is a plus but not required).
  • Familiarity with SaaS environments.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High level of autonomy, initiative, and a consultative communication style.
  • Passion for AI-driven productivity; experience using Claude or similar large language models (LLMs) for performance optimization is highly valued.
