About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the key relationship manager for Farther advisors and clients by providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels
Assist clients with account opening, transfers, and other ongoing tasks
Monitor client accounts and proactively address issues as they arise
Identify opportunities to improve the client experience function

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
At least 6 years of previous work experience in a client-facing role within the financial services industry
Experience with custodial and wealth management platforms and CRM systems
Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail
Team player, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks
