Chief Technology Officer

• Manage complex schedules and coordinate meetings for both the CTO and Chief of Staff, ensuring synchronization as the company grows and pivots
• Serve as central hub for internal communication, gathering updates from Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams and compiling executive summaries to keep leadership informed on critical initiatives
• Act as a proactive partner who anticipates needs, identifies potential issues before they arise, and takes ownership of key projects for the office of the CTO
• Facilitate seamless communication and coordination across Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams
• Exercise exceptional judgment and discretion with sensitive information and high-stakes communications, operating as a trusted extension of the leadership team
• Assist in execution of strategic projects and initiatives beyond traditional administrative tasks
• Temporarily support general office administration (5-10 hours/week) while maintaining excellence in executive support
