About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle Personnel/Payroll routines, such as hiring/onboarding processes, vacation administration, ASOs (Occupational Health Certificates), and document management;
- Organize and control employee documents, ensuring they are up to date and compliant;
- Send and track documentation required by clients, ensuring deadlines and quality of deliveries;
- Support the organization and smooth operation of Personnel/Payroll processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Basic to intermediate experience in Personnel/Payroll (Junior or Mid-level);
- Knowledge of processes such as hiring/onboarding, vacation management, and documentation;
- Organized and detail-oriented in the execution of tasks.
