About the role
- Support the manipulation and analysis of structured and unstructured datasets;
- Support the creation, updating, and maintenance of management reports and dashboards;
- Assist in generating business insights from data analyses;
- Support basic statistical studies to identify patterns, trends, and deviations;
- Assist with simple backtests, validations, and monitoring of metrics, models, or segmentations;
- Support parameter testing and exploratory data analyses;
- Contribute to organizing, documenting, and clarifying internal data-related processes;
- Support automation and standardization initiatives for data collection and analysis routines;
- Collaborate with partner teams (credit, product, technology, and business).
Requirements
- Knowledge of data analysis (advanced Excel or similar)
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data
- Academic or entry-level experience with BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of descriptive statistics
- Familiarity with documenting analyses and processes
- Basic understanding of code versioning (Git is a plus)
- Technical English for reading and understanding materials
- Basic knowledge of Python or R
- Academic experience or internship in data, credit, risk, modeling, or related areas
