About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generate new business through cold calling, outreach, and converting leads into active policies
- Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and present tailored solutions
- Sell and cross-sell a diverse portfolio of Farmers Insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
- Build and nurture client relationships, deliver ongoing support, and conduct regular policy reviews
- Surpass personal sales goals to fuel agency growth
- Stay informed about product offerings and compliance regulations
- Leverage CRM tools for lead management, client follow-ups, and policy renewals
- Collaborate with team members, contributing to agency-wide sales strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence making outbound sales calls and closing deals
- A growth-oriented, coachable mindset
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual skills are a plus
