About the role

  • Administer SAP environments (installation, configuration, updating, and maintenance);
  • Monitor performance and ensure high availability of SAP systems;
  • Manage transports, clients (mandantes), users, and authorizations;
  • Perform copies, backups, and restores of environments;
  • Perform technical troubleshooting and resolve critical incidents;
  • Support technical projects (upgrades, migrations, rollouts);
  • Apply SAP Notes and Support Packages;
  • Ensure system security and compliance;
  • Interact with infrastructure, security, and functional teams;
  • Document procedures and maintain technical governance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or other related IT fields;
  • Postgraduate education in IT, Project Management, Information Security, or related areas is desirable;
  • SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate) are highly valued.
