About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and supervise residential roofing crews on steep-slope roofing projects.
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to Farha Roofing's quality standards.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and team members throughout each project.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily job site activities.
- Inspect completed work to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Train and mentor crew members while promoting teamwork and accountability.
- Follow all OSHA and company safety policies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience as a Residential Roofing Foreman or Crew Leader required.
- Strong knowledge of residential roofing systems, installation techniques, and best practices.
- Comfortable working on steep-slope roofs and at heights.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
