About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generating new business opportunities and helping homeowners navigate their roofing needs with confidence
- Prospecting and generating new residential roofing opportunities
- Building relationships with homeowners, real estate professionals, insurance agents, property managers, and community partners
- Canvassing neighborhoods and conducting door-to-door outreach
- Networking within the community and attending local events
- Following up on leads and maintaining customer relationships
- Scheduling inspections and appointments for our roofing specialists
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey
- Utilizing CRM tools to track leads, activities, and opportunities
- Representing Farha Roofing professionally and positively in the marketplace
Requirements
What you’ll need- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable talking with new people every day
- Willingness to canvass neighborhoods and generate business through outreach efforts
- Strong customer service mindset
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Sales experience is helpful but not required—we can teach the roofing industry to the right person
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
