About the role
- Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, building owners, developers, and general contractors
- Leverage an existing book of business while continuing to grow the St. Louis market
- Sell and manage commercial roofing projects
- Participate in local industry and networking events as a trusted representative of Farha Roofing
- Stay involved throughout the project lifecycle to ensure client satisfaction
- Work closely with Farha’s estimating, operations, and production teams
- Serve as a consistent point of contact for clients from proposal through completion
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing sales
- An established book of business in the St. Louis commercial market
- Experience selling and managing mid- to large-scale commercial roofing projects
- Solid understanding of commercial roofing systems and pricing
- Ability to work independently with minimal ramp-up
- Professional, relationship-focused sales approach
- Ability to access rooftops and lift up to 50 lbs
