About the role
- Build and manage relationships with commercial clients: developers, GCs, REITs, property managers
- Generate and close new business in low-slope roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, Modified Bitumen)
- Represent Farha Roofing at commercial construction and industry networking events
- Lead roofing projects from inspection and estimating to delivery and closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, schedules, and site operations
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with top-quality results
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the job lifecycle
- Guide clients through insurance claim processes when applicable
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing sales and project management
- Proven track record closing large commercial deals and managing delivery
- Comfortable with CRMs, spreadsheets, and estimating platforms
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Able to access rooftops and lift up to 50 lbs
