About the role
- Develop, grow, and maintain strong client relationships through direct outside sales for roofing projects in Colorado Springs, Canon City and Pueblo.
- Manage roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring exceptional service and quality.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the entire roofing and insurance claims process.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to meet timelines and quality standards.
- Oversee project budgets, invoicing, and collections.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of successful sales and project management experience in roofing.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort with technology (smartphone, computer, CRM software).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely access rooftops as needed.
