  • What You’ll Do: Prospect, develop, and maintain strong commercial client relationships; Lead roofing projects from start to finish—sales through final completion; Serve as the main point of contact for clients and project stakeholders; Coordinate with estimators, crews, vendors, and internal operations; Ensure job quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction; Track and manage budgets, timelines, and documentation\n
  • What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience in commercial low-slope roofing; Strong sales and project management record; Knowledge of commercial construction markets (property management, insurance, REITs, etc.); Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through; Valid driver’s license and ability to access rooftops\n
