- Developing recurring video formats
- Analyzing current TikTok, Reels & Shorts trends
- Planning / co-organizing media production days
- Providing input & ideas for videographers & editors
- Content planning, upload & publishing
- Quality control: retention, dramaturgy, pacing, story
- Researching best cases & viral trends
- Communicating with clients about ideas, feedback & content
- Creative responsibility for selected brands & projects
Requirements
- You love social media and understand how viral content works
- Quick to grasp new concepts + strong instinct for videos, humor & timing
- Excellent writing skills (short, punchy, hook-based)
- Initial professional experience as a creator, copywriter, social media manager or similar
- Ability to structure information clearly
- High sense of responsibility & strong communication skills
- Residence in Germany (remote)
